I wish i knew there was such a high fee for a pets. $50 for both my dogs. I get it, but if i had known. I wouldnhave honestly gone somewhere else.

We stayed here on short notice. They were the only property with a room available when we came to Florence. The motel was very clean, which was nice. Unfortunately, because of it's location, it was very noisy throughout the night. It was a Friday night as well, so that probably had something to do with it. I'm not saying it's the fault of the motel, the patrons kept to themselves and were very respectful, so the house was traffic and people walking down the street. There is obviously no bathtub, pool or hot tub. You get a room with basic amenities. They have Wi-Fi, but no cable/satellite TV. Very few channels, and it's mostly infomercials. The television itself was very small. The towels were small but clean and soft. They had shampoo and conditioner with small soap bars, which was nice. I had forgotten my body wash. Location is perfect, it's right by the casino and there's tons of shopping and a 711 within a 1/4 mile radius. I'll stay here again, but I'm bringing my laptop to watch TV on.

Outside was cold got back to the room 11:PM the wife was cold the room was very cold try to turn up the heat was not working had to keep are coats on wouldn't stay here in cold weather Wouldn't stay here again sorry

Like the room cleaning staff was great not entirely sure about the parking lot area noticed both nights of our stay random people would park in the lot for hours until late at night one person with a big truck filled with garbage parked right next to our vehicle all day using their phone until late at night wasn’t a bother just strange the parking area is a bit small.

The room was adequate although small. We felt having the heater right near a wooden bedside cabinet was very unsafe! We would have appreciated facial tissues be provided. And one of the the lightbulbs was burnt out. Inadequately lit room. Noisy due to being right off main intersection into town.

Probably what you would expect for the price, but would not stay here again. No in-room coffee. Lots of road noise. Heater makes so much noise it would have been difficult to sleep with it on. In order for two people to use the table, you have to block the entry door with one of the chairs. WiFi was extremely slow. Bedding was clean and fairly comfortable.

No one was available at the counter for check in. No note, no bell. Waited over 20 minutes with another customer. We could hear the TV in the apartment. We even tried calling the phone but no one answered. Finally went around the counter to knock on the door. She did come out, but was rude. No apology for the wait. Made me feel like a criminal for booking online. Then told me I couldn’t have the room I had booked, because it was not pet friendly. Charged me more for a smaller room. I won’t stay here again.

All was fine except the room smelled like fish. My son (who stayed in the second room — with no smell) thought it might be a dead mouse caught somewhere. I opened all windows and that helped some — but smell was there each time I came back to room.

Ok stay!!
It was a no frills hotel. Comfortable bed! Bath room was adequate. No Handicap accessible rooms. Heater did not work well! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice place to Crash
Easy access and convenient location. Quick check-in and affordable. Rooms are updated and nice. Other guests were quiet. The only real complaint was is no AC. The only problem was the screaming at 2 am, which the motel happens to also be next to Hwy 101. A small homeless encampment on the street directly behind the motel. Fortunately was on the 2nd floor.

The room was very small with a tiny bathroom. Bed was not comfortable at all. Never was able to get on the internet in the room. Just a smoke alarm but no sprinkler system. Location was on a very noisy corner.

I didn’t see anyplace to add the dog, but because it said “pet friendly” I imagined it would be okay. I had reserved a king size bed, but when we checked in they would only give us a queen because there weren’t any kings downstairs and they only let pets stay downstairs. We had to pay the same for the queen as the king we reserved

It is reasonable but could use soundproofing
Very noisy because of logging trucks and speed racing pickups on Hwy 101. Also they overuse a Hospital Spray that makes you dizzy. And then when you leave the door and bathroom window open to try to clear some of the fumes you hear Hwy 101 racket

It was clean, and the staff was friendly which are wonderful attributes. However, had warped floors from water damage, no fans in the bathrooms, no coffee in the room. The only reason I paid well over 200 for the room was because of the shortage of rooms available otherwise.
