This is not a 5-star hotel. You can’t fault the clear waters of the beach area but the hotel itself needs an upgrade. Our ‘superior’ room had two single beds pushed together; water and soft drinks are at least 5 euros; they allow dogs in rooms so we had constant yapping and whining whilst owners were at dinner and Ieft dog in the room; poor internet; quality of snack food wasn’t great for the price (over cooked meat for example or bland); they charge for room service on top of the price of a meal; their shuttle to the local village is 15 euros each way - you’d have thought for a 5-star hotel you would get this for free as it’s only a short 8 minute drive away. The bathroom is where you can really tell the age of the hotel - poor shower and some drainage hole in the middle of the floor where the cover kept coming off leaving a hole big enough for small feet to disappear into! Everyone was friendly enough but we just felt disappointed by the hotel and spent most evenings in the village.

Hotel miles from anywhere
Lovely hotel that is miles from anywhere to allow you to switch off and unwind. Beach and water sports type of holiday as pool very small with limited sun loungers. Service okay but at times requests weren’t acted upon and going that extra mile as expected of a 5 star hotel. For example, we couldn’t be seated at the restaurant for dinner and the wait time was 30 minutes, instead of offering us drinks they told us to just sit in the bar and wait. There was also some confusion with the bill and again no real apology for the error they had made. Overall though we had a fantastic family holiday

Great beach, great staff
Perfect beach. Lots of sunbeds available at any time. Waterspouts and diving centre are very good with fair prices. Great place for families. The staff is super nice. Bathroom is a let down. Breakfast has a great selection and never too many people. There are a few good options for dinner, all on the expensive side. The village nearby has some nice restaurants. Snacking at the beach is a problem with not many options and nothing for less than €20

Fantastic staff, really good location
Great facilities and things to do. The ala carte restuarants are a must if you want good food. The main buffet restaurant isnt great with cold food most days (including breakfast). We went in september so the place was quiet. Service was excellent and facilities worked well.

Excellent hotel, especially for families
There were only two negatives for me. The first was to have dogs sitting on peoples laps in the dining room, which I find particularly distasteful. The other was the lack of discipline of children in the dinning room (some even riding cycles between the tables). The setting for dining was superb; the views were breath-taking. People were dressed smartly for dinner which I like, but unruly children and dogs certainly did not enhance the experience. I still give this hotel 5 though. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Eagles Palace - overpriced!
Overpriced. Don't go if you want a Greek experience. From the rooms which overlook a busy road and the Spa, the smell of sewage is quite overpowering. Extractor fan did not work and had to ask three times for it to be fixed - never was. Had a disagreement with the Manager over breakfast in the room - it will be 11euro for service charge - not 3 as advised by Reception and didn't get everything that was on the list for breakfast - recalled room service who just sent a young man with attitude who seems annoyed that he had to come back with the missing items! Went in a quiet week and staff too attentive as nothing to do. Left on a busy day and really not nice. Nothing in the area so have to eat and do stuff in the hotel - luckily most of the spa stuff is free. Food okay but too expensive compared to really great greek food/restaurants. Think this is priced for the American market. We like 5* hotels but this wasn't up to scratch.

This was our 3rd stay and it was as good as always. Strengths: friendly staff, great service, superb restaurant and breakfast, great beach. Weaknesses: only single beds pushed together to make double and the 80s music at the beach bar!

Negative first: The rooms are below average, not what I would expect from a 5 Star hotel Having said that, the rest is great: Incredible friendly and helpful staff, nice beach, food is good, the Lofos restaurant is amazing. Spa is alright. Sunset on the terrace combined with the regular live music just unreal, fantastic. We travelled with a little kid which was great as the staff was so helpful and nice

Es war bereits das vierte Mal, dass wir das Eagles besuchen. Das sagt ja doch schon etwas aus. Wir konnten keine Verschlechterung des Services oder dergleichen feststellen. wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wie immer sehr genossen. Ein grosser Dank auch an Nikos von der Beach Bar, welcher uns jeden Tag mit einem Lachen und ein paar netten Worten begrüsste. Kalo Kalokari!

Schönes Hotel, durch die Hanglage einen traumhaften Blick suf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Zimmer extrem gut gereinigt von sehr freundlichen Personal. Super Sportangebot und Allgemeinzustand der Anlage. Buffet zum Frühstück prima Buffet am Abend überteuert, Preis Leistung stimmt nicht. Restaurant dagegen super.

Utroligt velholdt resort. Masser af plads selvom hotellet har mange værelser. Lækker strand med skønt vand. Gode restauranter og strandbarer. God spa med pool, fitness, dampbad, sauna. Det koster ikke noget og vores teenagere var vilde med det. Personalet er generelt meget venlige. Der er shuttle bus til nærmeste lille by. Eneste minus: mad og drikke på resortet ret dyrt. I forhold til priser i Thessaloniki meget dyrt!

Wunderbare Lage
Wir durften bereits zum 2. Mal das Hotel besuchen und wurden auch dieses mal nicht enttäuscht. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft. Direkt am Strand. Das Wasser wie eigentlich überall in Griechenland, sehr sauber. Ein grosses Lob an die Mitarbeiter des Hotels. Wir wurden egal wo, sei es an der Beachbar, an der Reception, am Frühstück beim Abendessen, an der Bar, überall sehr freundlich und mit einem Lachen bedient. Vielen Dank dafür. Sieht man leider nicht mehr sehr oft. Wir werden auch für das Jahr 2016 erneut buchen und können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen

hôtel agréable en bordure de plage de bon standing
séjour en famille d'une semaine dans ce bel hôtel certes assez éloigné de l'aéroport de Thessalonique (compter 1h45 et GPS de rigueur si vous avez loué un véhicule) mais les prestations sont tout à fait correctes, plage privée bien aménagée avec service de plage au top. Soirées agréables avec piano bar mais préférer le restaurant au buffet. (éviter la demi-pension). Bon à savoir : clientèle essentiellement slave, et langue anglaise indispensable comme partout en Grèce. Bémol sur les tarifs élitistes des boissons (exemple : capsule Nespresso en chambre à 3.50`€ soit 10 fois son prix en France...) et ceux des activités nautiques. Village d'Ouranopoli sans intérêt .

Очень понравилось всё! Немного задержали заселение правда, вместо 14 почти в 16 удалось получить номер. При этом мы были в отеле с 10 утра, нам сразу предложили позавтракать (бесплатно), оставить вещи, переодеться в купальное и принять душ, так что мы не сидели на ре спешен в ожидании номера. Единственное замечание - бесплатный интернет мог быть и побыстрее. Почта и серфинг еще как-то шевелится, но ни скайп ни мультики по сети тютю. Номер и мебель новые, белье и полотенца чистые, уборка качественная, рестораны и бары вполне на уровне. В бассейне вода морская (!) правда с хлоркой, море не зря с голубым флагом - тихо, чисто, очень теплая вода. В общем отель на твердую "пятерку". Можно ехать, если цена не пугает :-)

Pas du niveau d'un Hôtel 5 étoiles, encore moins d'un Small Luxuary Hotel Buffet petit-déjeuner catastrophique Chambre ancienne, peu équipée et lit très inconfortable Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cet hôtel.

Merveilleux HOTEL,situation paradisiaque,personnel charmant,c est idéal et même féerique d' y passer 3-4 jours.patio fleuri intérieur très joli,terrasses avec vue sur mer merveilleuse,plage extra Bref on y retournera! Attention un peu loin de tout pour visiter en voiture le reste des cotes,mais ne pas omettre de passer ds la petite Ile face a l HOTEL pr y déjeuner (ferry 18€)ou location bateau(Ile alumi)et excursion en bateau le long mont athos

Eagles Palace : excellent séjour
Long WE étendu de 5 jours dans cet excellent hôtel qui cumule nombre de qualités : un staff toujours à l'écoute, disponible et toujours souriant ainsi qu'un service général très attentionné et orienté client, un environnement calme avec accès privé à la mer : plage privée, restaurants, dont un avec une terrasse surplombant la mer et les îles en face, chambres mini suite de très bonne qualité (bonne superficie, grand lit, dressing etc...). Y aurait il des défauts ? 1 seul à noter est structurel; la distance de l'aéroport de Théssalonique càd 2 heures de route. Mais l'environnement et la prestation valent largement le chemin.

Fint hotel med dejlig have, men meget dyrt i forhold til kvaliteten. Hotellet beskrives som et femstjerner de luxe! Værelserne er pæne firstjernede, ikke særlg store eller lækkert udstyret. Badeværelset er lækkert og moderne, men udstyret med en underlig glassvingdør, så man ikke kan lukke døren ordentligt ind til resten af værelset, når man er på toiletet. Der lugtede af kat på den i øvrigt dejlige balkon, som også savnede lys om aftenen. A la carte restauranten er dyr , maden OK men englene synger ikke i kor til den pris. Selve restauranten er meget tiltalende med smuk beliggenhed og dejlig udsigt . fem stjerner for ambiance treenhalv til maden.
