Very convenient place to stay as the hotel is connected to the subway. The rooms are good size and the toilets very well planned. Having little clocks everywhere is very good. Wish we were supplied with black tea as we are used to drinking that.
We had to move to a different room as we booked our 3 days in two lots. They should have not made us move just for the 20$ difference in price. We liked both rooms the same and didn't think one was better than the other. Miscommunication!
Cocerege service was very good - with subway tickets available to buy etc. wish we were given free bottled water daily.
On the whole very good hotel to stay.

Stayed in room 402 for just one night, but really wished I could have stayed longer. The rooms were really huge with plenty of facilities such as a Nespresso machine (with complementary coffee!), a bath tub and walk-in closet. It's situated just across the road from the Kyoto Imperial Palace, and walking distance to Teramachi and Nishiki market which are great places for shopping and finding good food. Staff was really helpful and recommended me a nearby restaurant for dinner. There are also plenty of information readily available from the information counter which was really helpful. 5 stars and would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, great facilities and a room large enough for the family. Only issue was location which was slightly out of the city centre, however the courtesy bus ran frequently and the cabs were relatively inexpensive to get you around, so not really that big of an issue.

Very nice hotel - quiet, great location. Food in hotel is very expensive especially in the lobby - sad because the lobby is a great place to relax, but the drinks and snacks or desserts are very expensive.
