The room suite was very nice, comfortable, great view. And exec lounge access was good but the space for exec lounge is a bit tight. And it can get a bit noisy if there are young families in there (or anyone using Face Time...🙄). Maybe a quiet Exec Lounge might be good

This hotel is a true 5 stars service hotel. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. The restaurant here are high class and provide a great meal.

Nice grand hotel but Overcrowded Breakfast place

Nice room with cosy bed and music from dated Bose speakers. Should invest in Apple TV or Bluetooth radio audio player. Breakfast was a chaotic with some many overcrowding at small Main lobby. Will skip breakfast booking next time as it was wasted.
