Central Fort Lauderdale Holidays from £791

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Beware! The parking is not as advertised and cost a fortune. The room was noisy at night making sleep difficult due to noisy air conditioner. The staff at the hotel was quite unfriendly and was quite unhelpful. And most of all getting in touch with Expedia was impossible to achieve, even as I write this review they have not responded to my claims.

The hotel overall was fine, however the staff was terrible. We had got back from a family event and got in the pool at an hour that was closed (we didn’t know) and the security and staff came in terrible form trying to cause problems, they keep following us even after we’re inside and once I open the door for the security and say “go ahead bud” he responds with “ your not as hard as you think you, are if you want I’ll give you my address and we can fight”. This is terrible form and not something you say to a client that was trying to be nice when we as for they’re names so we can write a report on them they refuse to give us their name. They also called the cops and kept bothering my son, denied us a refund and were overall terrible they also kept making up lies about the situation to the police. This is unacceptable customer service and wish you guys would do yourselves a favor and take action with these people.
