"maintenance needed in room. Silver dollar size shower head. Desk chair was in need of repair. Biggest problem was I booked a king nonsmoking -accessible through the web site and paid for it at booking. When I arrived , we were placed in a King -non smoking regular. Not what I booked. Duty clerk said booking was for a standard not an accessible room. Stated they had already booked the accessible room for another lady. I'm not a fan of bait and switch schemes and have reasons to book an accessible room. Duty clerk said it was your fault with the booking interface. I'm the one who got burned. Not Happy.!!!"

"It was great that they changed booking to ground floor since Im disabled. The parking and location was ideal. However... the beds were so tall I couldnt get on or off without husbands help and I am 5'8"! And the bedspred was so rough, it actually burned my elbow when I moved. My elbow was much smoother though. It was not a handicapped unit but we didnt ask for one. The bathroom didnt accomodate my walker. So hisband had to help again. The TV was full of sports and religous programming and it was an old unit and the remote was difficult to operate. It wasnt perfectly clean, the tissue dispenser was covered with fingerprints and the huge bathroom mirror was smeared on bottom half. We didnt want to get in the bath because of an unidentiful rusty apparatus in the wall. We wont be staying there again."

"Pros: the AC worked great and the location was convenient to our event. The bed was somewhat comfortable. Larger more apartment sized refrigerator. Cons: shower head is only 5'7" up the wall which is inconvenient for a taller guest. No coffee maker in the room, which is a standard amenity in hotels. We hardly seen employees and our check in was less than personable. The security features on the door were broken off the inside of the door. You have to wall down the hall to get a 4 oz cup of coffee from a machine. No lid for the cup. The free breakfast was hardly any breakfast at all. The restaurant is just a diner that is strongly outdated, the service was ok,but we were constantly bothered by flies that would not give up. To be honest, the upkeep is also subpar. This is hardly worth $100 a night when you can go down the road and get a more modern hotel with far more amenities, including coffee machine in the rooms. We seen a large amount of dead flies in the hallway to the diner. If your event goes pasr 11pm, you will have to wait for an employee to let you in. We enjoyed our event, but not our stay. "
