"First room had broken AC unit so we switched. 2nd room had dusty drawers and still had toys left in them. Bed was not comfortable, no toiletries provided (shampoo etc). Just very bad overall "remodel". Paint splatters everywhere and they clearly didn't even try to paint within the lines."

"Nice looking rooms, comfy bed, Keurig, but not great pillows. Strangely shallow sink. The worst part was how poorly the loft rooms were insulated for noice. We weren't warned that a massive Derby party was happening in the entire hotel, and the room next to ours stayed up shouting at the top of their lungs until 11:30. We had paid to upgrade to a loft for the high floor, but you could see that the lofted ceiling allowed a crack for noise between rooms. At 9:30 the next morning we tried to check out, but the desk wasn't staffed by anyone who could work the computers. Weird! Would not recommend."

"Our room was awesome! They thought about all the little things we didnt. The peace you got was awesome. Massage chair was awesome sauce. Even down to the bag of ice in the freezer.I cant wait to go again."

"The room with the river view did have a very nice view of the river. We stayed there for four nights. Our room was never cleaned. When we asked about it, we were told that we would have to speak with a supervisor. But the supervisor apparently was only there on weekdays. Very disappointing. "
