Terrible

Posted 07-Jan-2017
My bed didn't even have a blanket, just a sheet and the comforter. The breakfast was stale bread/bagels with room temperature juice in a pitcher. Absolutely terrible! Not to mention all of the construction and remodeling that was inconvenient.

Don't go there

Posted 31-Dec-2016
The hotel is under construction. The room was under construction. Sink leaked. Hotel staff moved some of our luggage from my room and We can now not find some clothes. I want to discuss with Expedia how to get some type of refund for poor experience here

Under construction

Posted 02-Dec-2016
We book this hotel on way back from seeing family for the holidays. We specifically picked this hotel for the indoor pool and reasonable price. We arrive and hotel is clearly under construction, and pool was closed. No place on website or any of the notifications we received did it say under construction. Not to mention the indoor heated pool you need to go outside and walk decent distance if it even was open. The room was extremely dated and no doubt in need of remodel. Thankfully the hotel staff was great and cancelled my reservation so that my family could go find a hotel with an indoor heated pool that was not under construction.

Hidden fees from Wyndham.

Posted 31-Oct-2016
Room had a musty smell to it. Lots of things needing repair. Staff was very friendly and professional. Wyndham tacked on an extra $146 hidden holding fee. The funds will be released in "a few" days. Days Inn said this is a Wyndham thing and they have no control over it.

Tired and shabby

Posted 14-Oct-2016
Location: Can't say much about Cedar City as we were just passing through.
From outside looks fairly new and updated; that's just a recent paint job. Inside you're clearly in a 30-plus year old motel, maybe older. On the sidewalk around the north side was what appeared to be a rat trap. For some reason we were given a handicap-accessible room. The shower was cramped and soaked the floor and the water pressure in the bathroom sink was so high that when you turned it on it splashed both the user and the mirror.

Not clean

Posted 09-Oct-2016 on Hotels
Cedar city is a great place to acess the National parks in the area, but I would not stay at this hotel again. The room was not clean. The towels were either used or carelessly placed in the rack. I ignored them since I was super tired and just need a place to stay for the night. It was a non-smoking room, but the matress smelled like smoke. Then in the morning when I looked in the sink, there was hair in the sink. Not just a few, a fine coating from someone shaving, it obviousl had not been cleaned from the previous stay. Since it was the next day it was too late to ask for a different room. When I checked out, the staff was missing form the desk. Aperson that looked like the maid was using the phone and a teenager who looked like she may have been visiting offered to take my key. Therefore I did not complain, just cut my losses and left.

Too close to the highway. Lot of road noise

Location: Utah Shakespeare Festival was in progress at the college.
Had to listen to the hammers installing remodeling outside of our window.

Hotel was under construction. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 AM and woke us up to see if we were still in our room that we didn't have to check out of until 11 AM. The room was outdated and nothing like the pictures. The cable TV only had a few channels, the message on the TV said " you have not updated to the new box, all your channels will be black soon", The lobby and stairs were filthy, empty water bottles, wrappers, dirt on carpet.
