Located in the Center of town right next to Ridge Park & close to SUU. The basement is private, with a separate entrance and lockbox code, no stairs to enter, and lots of parking on the North side. Furnished kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee pot, fridge, stove, & all the essentials to cook your own meals. Netflix, cable, & board games provided. My family lives in the upstairs and main floor year round. Our home is in a perfect location, just over a mile from the Cedar City Temple & The Shakespeare Festival. Enjoy your stay in beautiful Southern Utah! There are so many great hiking/biking trails nearby. We are also close to the Aquatic Center, Lake on the Hill, Ice Rink, & Wal-Mart. I like to cook and this place has all of the amenities I needed-- I didn't have to use much of whatever I brought. We'd definitely book this place again if I come to Cedar city. The host was great at communicating to us from beginning to end with clear instructions. Only gripe from my wife was the water pressure thus why she didn't shower but I didn't mind at all. It was just a mile or so from our conference. It smelled clean when we walked in, and it definitely was. It's in a college area, so there was the smallest bit of traffic in the mornings. The people living upstairs have dogs who seemed to get startled and barked both nights, but only for just a minute. Kitchen well stocked. Clean and nicely decorated, seemed homey. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Only two negatives. The apartment was cold in day but too hot at night but we couldn’t adjust temperature of furnace. And we could hear people upstairs. Not a big deal during the day but in the middle of the night is hard for a light sleeper. ##### ray r. The kitchen was stocked with many cooking needs (oil, butter, spices etc) that are not found in many rentals. We had everything we needed. Didn't have to talk to the property manager at all. Plenty of room to park two cars off the street. We had a very positive experience. Only one minor complaint. You can hear noises from the upstairs in one of the bedrooms. ##### clyde g. It was spotlessly clean, felt so safe and cozy, and had plenty of room for me. I was traveling around most of the time I was there for my nieces band competition. So coming back to a place so welcoming and comfortable really made my trip even more amazing. I nicknamed the place my little bunker. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. Amentities were well appointed and thought out with great consideration to being welcoming and convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who needs a perfect home base if your lower western travels. Thanks so much to my hosts for a great stay! ##### Andrea C. This property was clean, cool and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our hiking adventures in Cedar Breaks, Kanarra Falls and Kolob Canyon.
