Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been coming to Russian River area for 20 years and don't usually write a review but this house is one of the very best. Well equipped; very clean; and priceless view. This can be challenged with a rental. House was perfect. When ever I was thinking - this place needs... there it would be. We spent mornings and evenings here. We were out exploring most of the day. We are from the east coast. We loved the mountains, trees and the cliffs over the beach. Wild how the ocean is a 10 to 15 min drive away. There is a property management comp. I sent off an email the day we left about a light in the hot top not working. There response was immediate. The light wasn't enough of an issue to contact anyone during our stay. Just good to know so it can be fixed. ##### Laura S. Very well-kept, appointed, and equipped. The hot tub overlooking the river was the best. The rest of the garden was terraced so thoughtfully. Whomever designed this house truly had a VISION. I'm grateful it's open to rentals for us vacation home dreamers. Thank you! Oh the managers were very communicative, and the directions around the house were clear and easy to understand. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will keep this short and sweet.! The place is definitely on top of the hill and the view did for sure deliver as promised.! The house was clean and cute and felt relaxing. Someone had a vision with this place when it was built and it all flows very very well.! Fun spot for sure.! As far as considerations for me would be (1) better beds as both beds were acceptable but I we all woke up a little stiff and felt like a high quality bed should be a priority for a rental. There was only one TV in the living room and it is the size of a large computer monitor which could have been bigger but we didn’t watch much TV so who cares really... lastly a regular coffee maker or Keurig machine would be nice. The property only had a French press and Bioletti ? (Spelling) which we were unfamiliar with so we just went to the local coffee shop which is amazing by the way. So better beds and coffee machine would be my critique here. Besides that I’m gonna say 15 outta 10 on staff and communication as well as location and the vibe of the house was so awesome!!
