The beach level has two separate 1 bedroom/1 full bath, rooms. Each separated by its own entry, away from the main, upper level of the house. This works well for privacy but also may not be ideal for families with smaller children. The golf cart was also a nice added feature to the property. Property management was easy to work with and timely with responses to our questions. We look forward to possibly staying there again in August!" The kitchen exhaust fan does not vent properly, which causes the smoke alarm to go off whenever we cook, something that happens every evening. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided are also in very poor condition, with one chair unusable.With some basic maintenance and better kitchen supplies, the property could be much more comfortable for guests."
