Get ready for fall rhapsody and cozy campfire roasts. First rental season was July 2025\. Breathtaking waterfront views on beautiful tranquil lake. This private family cottage is the perfect way to spend time with family and friends(or alone), where nature surrounds you with 40 acres of forest. Bring either your own ATV for road/trail adventures in the summer/fall or your snowmobile in the winter. Pack your snowshoes or cross country skis and blaze your own trails!❄️ Property boasts a small beach, perfect for kids and adults allowing an easy entrance into clear weed free swimming or floating- the choice is yours.(water shoes are recommended as there is the odd clam shell) The dock is located just steps away where you can enjoy the sun, cast a line and fish(fishing license required) or dangle your feet in the water and chill 😎. You are welcome to tie your own boat to the dock so you can explore the lake or the island (across the way) when you choose. Maybe paddle the lake in our kayak or canoe and keep a look out for the loons and blue herons! Enjoy a board game, play cards or watch TV on a 65" television with Bell Satellite that includes NHL Package. The BBQ is yours to use for outdoor grilling. There is plug on the propane tank to let you know the level. Plus an extra tank is provided should you suddenly run out. The view of the night sky is breathtaking while roasting hotdogs and marshmallows over the fire pit. If you are lucky enough to see the moon rise, it is a spectacular sight! The first bedroom has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 in a double bed. Master bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed that has a double on the bottom and a single on the top. Shared three piece bathroom has a stand up shower. A full kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker (sorry no dishwasher- which makes for interesting chats while washing the dishes together creating fun memories). Relax in the family room on comfortable leather furniture while watching your favorite shows. If you enjoy hiking, check out the trails at Mont Cayamant. Or even visit the lookout Tower. Rustik 55 is the main restaurant in the village of Cayamant. This restaurant has delicious food and is a short drive away. Cayamant also has a well stocked convenience store for all your needs. We are offering a 20 percent discount on weekly bookings and a 40 percent discount on 28 days or more. Dogs less than 20lbs accepted but please contact owner for approval. The property was beautiful and clean, and the lake was perfect for swimming. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun getaway.
