Absolutely excellent!!! Staff, rooms, amenities, lovation

This was our third visit to The Riviera and our reasons for returning was the excellent service and accommodation previously provided. On this occasion we discovered that our booking didn't include a room with a balcony - important for my wife's need for easily accessible fresh air. Beautiful hotel & it's in a great location for Rialto Bridge & St Mark's Square so we would highly recommend. There is a free shuttle bus/water taxi from hotel pier that takes you to Murano where you are shown how they make the Murano glass. You are then shown round a very beautiful but expensive showroom. They then show you to the gift shop if you don't make a purchase but there is no obligation to purchase anything. Only down side to hotel was that you had to pay to go in the spa (€25...

Lovely spacious room. Old style decor but kept clean. We had a balcony and a view of the streets. Good air conditioning, nice staff.

This was the best hotel we have stayed in - and we have had multiple trips to Venice. Faultless in every respect. Close enough to St Mark’s for sightseeing, but far enough away to be peaceful. One minute away from Ristorante da Roberto - a long time favourite for good food at reasonable prices. And the hotel has a lift too. Can’t wait to go back.

Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. It would have been difficult to find had I not watched the Limelight Arts Travel Hotel Codega video on YouTube. It gives excellent directions from the Rialto Alilaguna stop.

Exceptionally easy to get to from Rialto bridge. Its central location was ideal for a short walk to many places not least the Rialto and St Marks square, with plenty of places to eat and drink equally accessible. The welcome from the front desk was very friendly and efficient (a theme we encountered with every member of hotel staff throughout our short stay). Amazing hotel! This place really deserves 5 stars! The staff is on point with their service, super friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, 5 min walk to San Marco plaza and 10 min walk to Rialto bridge. It’s also 2 min walk to Sta Maria del Giglio which is the stop that will take you to/from the airport at a cost of 15€ (one way) rather than spending a fortune in a taxi. A lovely cosy hotel which is about a 30 second walk to San Marcos square. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast perfect for that get up and go and the staff always keen to help

Fantastic stay, hotel could not have been more helpful organising an airport to hotel transfer after landing at Marco Polo early in the morning. Flowers and fizz in the suite for our anniversary and fantastic breakfast whilst watching gondolas outside. Only a short walk to Saint Marks Square but surrounded by great restaurants and a short walk to Rialto Bridge and the water transfer direct to the Terminal… what more can you want..

Literally 200m or so from St Mark's Square - but hidden down one of the small side streets of Venice, and a great base to explore from. The hotel itself is small having just 8 rooms but it is well equipped, very clean and flood free! The hotel staff couldn't do enough for us, for example, staying late at night as we arrived from the airport after reception had closed for the night. Lovely position on a quiet canal, canal view rooms available which we like to have. Superb location near Piazza San Marco. Rooftop bar lounge area has great views over the rooftops and lots of cover for shade from the Sun. Breakfast buffet is extensive and seems to get better every year, this was our 5th stay in this hotel.

Staff was friendly , rooms was clean tidy and spacious ,comfy bed and pillows , room had good air con , but the location was absolutely great 200 yards turned two corners and you was in st marks square , 10 minute walk to Rialto bridge in the other direction lots of shops ,cafes restaurants all nearby would definitely use this hotel again 👌

Had everything you could want, we stayed in the top floor and had the roof terrace. No issues, staff helpful and apartment very comfortable

Stylish and elegant rooms. Kind and helpful staff. A little ways out of Venice and in a quiet neighbourhood.

Perfect accommodation, perfect staff and perfect location close to all the main sights The water taxi can also drop you at it’s front door!!!

Hotel Dei Dragomani never disappoints a true gem near to St Marks Square, surrounded by restaurants. The room itself newly decorated with everything you may need. Looking forward to see you again.
