Possibility to rent the cottage for 4 people with adapted rates, part of the house will be closed if you rent the accommodation for 4 people. the soul of the place: an old walnut oil mill dating from the 16th century and renovated with respect for the built heritage and with the use of noble materials. This character cottage offers pleasant, comfortable and spacious living spaces, combining tradition and modernity, as well as great amenities with its private swimming pool, its pétanque court, all in a preserved environment... Located in a quiet hamlet, you will be able to take advantage of the calm of the place and totally enclosed with its surrounding wall on the courtyard side and criss-cross the various tourist sites of the Dordogne valley. Gîte of 250m² with on the ground floor an independent kitchen and a dining room with laundry access. Access by five steps to the open room in the living room, then to the right to the bedrooms Rose (1 double bed 160) and Green myth (1 double bed 160), with a bathroom (thermostatic shower), separate toilet . From the living room, access by three rising steps to the Taupe bedrooms (2 single 90 cm beds) and Yellow bedrooms (1 double 160 cm bed), with a second bathroom (thermostatic shower), separate WC and relaxation area on the ground floor. swimming pool.
