This property offers small rooms with no view or balcony. It doesn’t have a pool or any other facilities and if you want to use the jacuzzi or steam room they demand that guests pay €25 per HOUR per Person. What a rip off. I expected more from Best Western Plus

Dear Mr. Lobbato, Thank you for completing the survey regarding your recent stay at our property.We don't understand your assessment as the information on our systems is very clear:- booked a classic double room which does not overlook the sea and which only included accommodation without other services. You could have booked a superior double room with sea view by adding the SPA service. He would certainly have been satisfied with the services. This was an absolutely beautiful hotel with wonderful service. The beach is across from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is available for 6 euros and well worth the money. Our only regret was that we wished we had scheduled another day here!

The hotel was very nice. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of savory and sweet items.

Wonderful hotel
This is a high quality hotel. Beautiful rooms, perfect bedding, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff. Almost like a luxury hotel. The hotel is 1 minute from a long beach promenade. The gym is insignificant but within 3 min walk there is a large gym with plenty of equipment.

Nice hotel with a few wrinkles.
We had problems with the air con, and worked with true service desk who were very helpful try to solve the issue but we’re unable to. The room was uncomfortable all night. Al’s we ordered but never received two drinks from the bar.

Hotel was a five star. Restaurant was very pricy, no pool and they closed down their private beach before we got there. There is a beautiful boardwalk for walking . Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely highly recommend it.

The hotel looks new but has no air conditioning in the public areas. The room air con is inefficient and centrally controlled as is room power usage. The manegement seems to be concerned about energy use. Most power outlets and lights don’t work. There seems to be a centreline energy system in use. The place is gloomy. Breakfast was poor. No pool. Grubby location.

Unexpected and pleasant surprise
Pictures do not make justice to this hotel. There is a welcoming and cosy feeling when you walk in. Very nicely decorated, my only issue was the noise the flushing made, and the lights of tye control panel which didn't turn off. Not many options in the menu but very tasty, also the staff was very good. Other than that, visit Catanzaro and stay at this hotel if you can. Thanks for a nice stay.

Nice friendly hotel close to the beach.
Visited the area mainly for a concert at the archaeological site. Lovely promenade along the sea front, everyone gathers there in the evenings. The Road train runs every evening and is not expensive. You get a better sense of the size of the resort. Be aware there are no taxis in this area but the hotel will book you a private hire car on request if you wish to venture inland. Also very few people speak English.

Great Seaside Hotel
The hotel staff - specifically Esther - were extremely helpful and very pleasant. It's worth the upgrade for an ocean view and terrace. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel.

The best hotel in Calabria
Świetny hotel! Czysty, super obsługa. Recepcja bez zarzutów. Pokój duży przestronny codziennie sprzątany. Lodówka mała. Blisko dobra restauracja Stella Maris. Obok przepyszna lody i dobra kawa. 200 metrów do plaży gdzie jest beach club z muzyką i restauracją. Parking bezpłatny. Blisko 150 m jest maly supermarket. Miejscowość bez rewelacji ale da się wytrzymać. Bardzo polecam restauracje z pieknym widokiem na morze vista club. Jest 12 km od hotelu ale jest petarda!!!! Bardzo polecam ten hotel!!!!
