The house is located in the central part of Catania's Lungomare, a short walk from the small harbor area of San Giovanni Li Cuti and the characteristic, small volcanic beach. Perfect for stays, even long stays, of small groups of friends, couples and families.  
The accommodation has 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, each with a private bathroom.  
Each room is equipped with independently controlled air conditioning.  
The apartment has common areas: a shared kitchen, living room, study, and balconies. The entrance hall, study, corridor, and living room are video-monitored areas.

#### ottima residenza catanese

l'appartamento è ben posizionato, con una vista incantevole sulla scogliera di Catania. Accoglienza ottima, pulizia estrema, biancheria candida e profumata, accuratezza dei particolari visto tutti i confort in dotazione, come si fosse in una casa propria. Non manca proprio niente! Ci siamo trovati molto bene e torneremo sicuramente per le prossime vacanze estive. Appartamento consigliato sicuramente!
