With regards to the odor we are pleased to inform you that thanks to your review we have verified that the shower drain had been tampered with leaving the drain pipe uncovered which let out a bad smell. In the future we advise you to notify us during your stay, even if only for one night, to allow us to intervene immediately and resolve the problem. Regarding the other notes, we did not find what you said. The two air conditioners supplied with the apartment she occupied work perfectly and are brand new. Gentile Elisa grazie della recensione e di aver apprezzato la nostra struttura. Alcune considerazioni in merito a quanto da lei indicato. In generale non comprendiamo perchè i piccoli interventi da lei indicati non vengono immediatamente comunicati alla proprietaria che è in costante contatto e comunicazione con i clienti.Dalla verifica all'appartamento da lei lasciato dopo solo 12 ore ( è arrivata alle 21 e ripartita alle 9 del mattino seguente) di tutte le indicazioni da lei fornite solo una è stata verificata cioè la necessità di oleare la toppa della serratura, per il resto i condizionatori funzionano entrambi perfettamente e la puzza di fogna da lei sentita dev'essersi dileguata perchè non ne abbiamo trovato traccia. Per quanto riguarda il quartiere non comprendo proprio cosa ha inteso: è nel cuore del centro storico, pieno di servizi bar ristoranti supermercati e mercati storici valutata con 9,3/10 o 4,7/5. Prendiamo atto del suo particolare punto di vista dato da un'esperienza di poche ore serali Non trovo invece traccia di un grazie per non averle fatto pagare la tassa notturna di €20 che le era stata chiesta per arrivi oltre le 20! La ringrazio io!

Gentile Felix grazie di aver apprezzato la nostra struttura. Alllo stesso tempo vorrei chiarire che il nostro non è un hotel ma una struttura di "case ed appartamenti per vacanza" all'interno di un edificio storico. La mancanza di ascensore inoltre, è indicata chiaramente nell'annuncio

Gentile Giorgio grazie di aver apprezzato la nostra struttura per maggiore informazione sulla nostra posizione tengo a chiarire che tutti i portali che ci rappresentano valutano la nostra ubicazione è di 9,3/10; il chè dimostra che non è tra i peggiori quartieri di Catania così come da lei detto! Anzi le nuove attività del "distretto San Berillo" sono accompagnate da iniziative di artisti street art che hanno reso il quartiere a ridosso una meta molto apprezzata dai turisti, oltre ai ristoranti che ne hanno fatto un vero business. Teniamo molto in conto la sua opinione ma ci siamo sentiti in dovere di chiarire a tutti coloro che leggeranno la sua recensione che "una rondine non fa primavera" Ancora e comunque grazie Daria
