Hi, my first question is; why this score so low?? given that in the morning at breakfast you made so many comments about the room and the breakfast, I ate with such gusto.We did everything we could to get your room in the morning after check-in time.I ask you: WHY?

This is Bellini Home we have read your review and are writing to you to delete that because its not true and we are thinking about suing you for defamation. You had a reservation for one person, you came here with a guest, at first you said your guest would have stayed for just 30 minutes, then the guest stayed for 2 hours and later all night long. If you check your reservation you can see that it is for just one person, that its why our staff was surprised because at the end of the day they have to report everything to the manager and in your case there a was a reservation for one but two persons! It was you who embarass our staff claiming that itìs ok to have a guest but in fact your reservation was just for one person. We have already contatcted Expedia.com to inform them about your reservation and your false review. We ask you to delete your review because we love our work we put a lot of care in making ours guests feel at "home away from home" and when a guest doesn't follow the simple rules of our place we really feel like he has no respect for our hard work and we cannot pretend nothing happened and we will take serious measures because we are right.

About the stair theyr are clearly stated everywhere on ours profile you've should have check prior to book with us. and one last thing: the staff member you are complaining about never had problems with the guests, because normally our guests follow the simple rules of our B & B. When you arrive for the first time in our place, you have to give us your passport and this is very important because we can have some real problem if we do not inform the authorities of the people who are in our B & B, the lady you're talking about really had to stalk you just to get your passport so you complain of her doing her work. in the following days she had to follow you again to pay the private parking that has to be paid when the receipt is delivered and still you didn't pay ... last but not least, you refused to pay your stay to her causing a great stress throughout our workplace because normally she's the one that deals with the daily closure of the accounts... So I'm really sorry about your problem with our staff but if you don't follow the rules of our place you show no respect for ours work, and we love ours work because we do it with passion and dedication

Dear, thank you for review. Our B&B it's located in an historical building in the centre of Catania, we are meeting opposition with local authorities to equip an elevator due the historical value of our place.But we still have hope and while we wait we can help our guest with a good-lift for the heaviest luggage, also our staff its always happy to help our guest taking theyr stuff upstairs when they arrive and downstairs when they leave. We are really sorry you didn't tell us about your problem with the noise from the courtyard we would have been glad to change your room with another one far from the courtyard, but to be honest the noise lasted for just one day due to some works in an apartment close to us. Reviews are great tools for helping people in chosing a place where to stay, its just so sad that people always focus on little details. We put a lot of care in our work, we really like to make our guests feel like at "home away from home" we're just sad that you did'nt talk about that.
