Welcome to your spacious stone villa in a quiet location. The house offers you well-equipped rooms with all comforts. Your family will spend nice vacations here and feel very comfortable. The large living room will be your natural family meeting place, because here you can cook, eat, play together and relax in front of the fireplace.

The beautiful large garden is completely fenced, so your children can romp, play and run carefree on the grounds. Also spend your evenings on the veranda and experience a relaxing time.



Go on excursions! A few kilometers separate you from Lake Bolsena, where you can swim in the water and rest on the shore.

Also visit the city of Orvieto, whose entire old town was built on a rocky plateau of tufa. A labyrinth of cellars, passages and huge cisterns crisscross these city rocks. Part of it has been opened to visitors and can be visited.
