Great hotel in a perfect location. The hotel is right in the middle of the Tuscan wine region. The views are amazing. The place is super clean and very upscale. Excellent service. Very romantic setting. Highly recommend.

The accommodations were absolutely beautiful in every way! We loved being here but were disappointed with the restaurant staff kindness and lack of recommendations …it felt like we were bothering them when asking questions.

First of all if you’re using Google maps to get here be careful because it could bring you in the back way over gravel roads that are quite treacherous. The safest way is to come in from Sienna. We had A room in the newer annex building which is a lower elevation in the main building. We had one window with a view of the employee parking lot in the shed but still had a peek a boo view of the beautiful hills. Although there is a five star chef the menu is very specific and does not change from day to day. We did not find any typical Italian pasta on the menu for dinner which was disappointing. There were some other unique main courses but not something we would normally eat. Our room was beautiful with the best linens we’ve ever had in a hotel or resort so the actual accommodations of the room and the bathroom were a five star. The breakfast buffets were incredible no complaints. This is an a fairly remote area about 30 minutes from Sienna which is the largest town that we knew of close by. If you need to do laundry it’s extremely expensive at the resort and we had a hard time finding a laundromat in Siena that was open. This is a gorgeous resort for a wedding. If we return again it will be only for a couple of days not four days like we did this time. Staff was extremely helpful in the reception area.

In the vineyards
It was amazing! The hotel is so beautiful and the wines produced there of high quality! The rooms have a chic decoration and are spacious. The restaurant is expensive but the service and food were great! I really recommend this hotel to everyone!

Excellent winery to explore Tuscany
Lovely property in a stunning location. Large, clean rooms. Breakfast service needs a bit of work, but hotel clearly adapting to COVID requirements. No fault of the hotel, but abundance of horseflies made it impossible to complete a full walk around the grounds.

The Divine Valley

Well, I will give them that the overall setting and surroundings are beautiful. The breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. The lunch/dinner restaurant is a different story. Lunch food was good. At dinner, there was an inexplicable 90 minute delay between the first course and the main. Service was weird. The office staff, were stuffy and arrogant. The rooms we had were pretty nice but not super special for the high price you have to pay. I am really sorry to say this, but I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

The property is beautiful, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Dining was nice. Wish they had a full bar, unfortunately, only wine. The second night, I also wish we could have ordered a small or casual meal instead of the typical Italy pasta and second.

Rooms are very nice. Not amazing, but updated and very nice. Grounds are amazing. Staff are all very kind and helpful. Restaurant is very under staffed and we had multiple food quality issues over the course of our stay in addition to service issues there. They have invested a lot of money in updating the grounds and buildings. The pools are the last thing that need modernization/upgrading. Not sure if this is planed or not. Overall, I recommend staying here. It is centrally located, with beautiful grounds, very nice rooms, and good service.

The pool area has really beautiful views. Convenient location. However, we were very disappointed by the room. I paid to upgrade to an apartment, since I was getting engaged on this trip and I wanted something romantic. The apartment is large, but was pretty bare. One hard couch in the corner, one simple table and then a small chair on the other end of the room. No views from the room and plain walls. My heart fell when my fiancé said that it was the only part of the trip that she didn’t like. Based on the photos of the rooms online, I expected much more. Perhaps their normal hotel rooms are nicer, in which case I shouldn’t have paid more to upgrade.

Gorgeous hotel in a fabulous location
Best part of our trip to Italy. The staff is wonderful, the room was fantastic. Very large, recently renovated, clean and a beautiful view. Breakfast and dinners were great, as is the staff. We Toured a nearby castle and winery along with the Dievole winery. Both were very enjoyable. I would love to spend a month here! Can't say enough good things.

Luxurious winery resort. Very quiet and relaxing.
Would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back. Small hotel but very high end facilities, great staff, manager was always around talking to the quests. Great hiking trails. We went out biking 2 mornings. On the second day, we had a friend join us for biking and we needed an extra bike. Once we mentioned this to the manager, he made arrangements to have a bike dropped off at the hotel the following morning. Ate at the formal restaurant a couple of times and the food was very good but they need another facility for light lunches or snacks. I understand that renovations are in the works for a second restaurant area as well as renovations to the pool area. Breakfast was included and it was very good, plenty of local items, always fresh. Did not use the pool as the water was very cold.

Beautiful property , resort manager Andrey was very polite and took care of all the guests , the rooms were very comfortable , lovely wineyard experience , we enjoyed the wine tour , we had dinner in their lovely garden Restaurnat and breakfast was also in a lovely garden . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will surely go back and recommend the property .

Our first visit to Tuscany
The vineyard and facilities were amazing. We ate at the restaurant each night (5) and tried everything on the menu. Delicious. The buffet breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and couldn't do enough to serve you. We stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms. It was spacious, clean and modern. The room could use two sitting chairs. The desk chair was the only chair in the room. The bathroom was spacious, modern and the shower was amazing. We did the wine tasting tour and it didn't disappoint. It was harvest time so the mood seemed upbeat.

Beautiful vineyard in the hills of Chianti
We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment with beautiful views from our terrace. Very nicely decorated and very clean. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious served in a lovely room. On arrival we were offered a complimentary glass of wine with cheese as we had a short wait for our apartment to be ready. The people in reception were wonderful with recommending local restaurants and directions. We were shipping 2 bikes back to the U.S. and reception was instrumental in helping us get the job done with phone calls to the shipping company and printing all our custom forms. Everyone from waitstaff to reception were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Should we find ourselves in Chianti again Villa Dievole would be our first choice.

Beautiful scenery and clean spacious rooms
Had a great 4 night stand in this hotel. Located about 20 minutes from main roads (one need a good car to get there), hotel surrounded by amazing scenery and views. We had one of basic rooms, which was spacious and light. High ceilings, huge bathroom and pretty view from the window.
