He/she should have told you that breakfast was served at the restaurant but once there it is pretty intuitive as we have a buffet and the staff is always there to assist with hot drinksAs for the key, it might be little tricky but at the end it is just like a regular one, you insert it and turn it in order to open the door. The 50 euro charge you have on the bill is not for the room service. You had a pasta and a burger in the room on the 24th.
