"Irene and Francesca are excellent hosts and replied quickly to all my questions. We spent 7 nights there in November 2019. We were very glad to stay in such a quiet, modern, well kept apartment a bit away from the main tourist zone. Comfy bed, good shower. Big table where you can work or eat. Very clean and well maintained. On the 2nd floor so be prepared for a few steep stairs. A short walk to 2 Vaporetto stops and an easy walk to Arsenale, Giardini and San Marco. There is an excellent bakery...
