Goertz und Partner offers you Villa Mahana Goertz which is an exceptional residence located in the heart of the Empuriabrava canals with a 12.5 m mooring on a wide canal. This contemporary villa offers a luxurious and comfortable living environment, ideal for unforgettable holidays with family or friends.  
The Mahana Goertz villa stands out for its contemporary design and generous living spaces. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms equipped with double beds (135×190 cm) and two private bathrooms in addition to an additional separate toilet. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms offer absolute comfort with Queen Size beds (150×190 cm) and high-end equipment.  
The bright and airy living room opens onto a magnificent landscaped garden and a sunny terrace. You can enjoy a canal-side relaxation pool, a friendly outdoor lounge and a private south-facing swimming pool, ideal for cooling off in hot weather.  
Ideally equipped: swimming pool with 6 deck chairs, outdoor lounge, free Wi-Fi connection, outdoor furniture and barbecue, canal view, direct access to the canal 12.5m pontoon on wide canal, air conditioning throughout the property, private parking and secure, relaxation pool  
Bachelor parties and other such parties are prohibited at this property. Group of young people (25+) prohibited, and Goertz reserves the right not to accommodate them on arrival.
