It offers 44 m² of comfortable, exterior-facing space, located on the beachfront with sea views. There are four swimming pools in the complex NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION PRICE. ALL ARE EXTRA PAYMENT. Price available at the building concierge. Communal pool (opening 15/06, closing 15/09). It is located 50 m from the sandy beach, 150 m from the supermarket, 16 km from Peralada Golf, 20 km from the AVE/TGV Figueres train station and 65 km from Girona Airport. The apartment is in an ideal area for families and right by the sea. It features a lift, garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room only, communal pool and television. The American kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenware, tableware, coffee maker and toaster.
