The location is ideal for sea lovers: the villa offers access to two splendid coves for the exclusive use of the village, Cala dell'Ovo and Baia Luce, both just a few minutes away, either by car (2 minutes) or on foot (6 minutes), with parking available near the beaches. Some of the area's most beautiful attractions are within easy reach: the picturesque village of Scopello (1.1 km), the historic Tonnara (tuna fishery) and the evocative Faraglioni (sea stacks) 850 meters away, and the Zingaro Nature Reserve just 1.6 km away. It features a private entrance and reserved parking for two cars. There are two verandas, both approximately 40 square meters: one at the entrance on the north side and one at the rear on the south side. Inside, the living area is spacious and bright, with a corner sofa bed, TV, and air conditioning. It leads to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher and everything you need for cooking. The sleeping area features two air conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds (convertible to a double bed upon request). The bathroom, located in the hallway, is comfortable and modern. The garden offers additional amenities to fully enjoy your stay: a portable barbecue and an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach.
