Very helpful and responsive staff. The only issue was that the heating was very high in the rooms and you couldn’t lower it unless you asked someone at reception to do it! The towel rack in the bathroom was also turned all the way up by default and it wasn’t marked how to turn it off.

I have one word to describe it: WONDERFUL! The room was big, modern, clean, amazing! The staff was super nice, they helped us all the time! This is the best hotel in Mestre!

A great hotel and a great location for a sightseeing trip as it’s just opposite Mestre train station. The rooms were very modern and clean and the bathroom was lovely (no bath just shower). If you want a quiet hotel then the noise from the station may not be to your liking but wasn’t an issue for us.

Very convenient and easy to get around. Located right across from the Mestre train station; a 10 min train ride to Santa Lucia; and a 20 min walk to Ferreto Square. Clean and modern rooms, appreciated the hairdryer (that works!!) and a heated towel rack keeping your towels warm and dry in the bathroom on a cold winter day. Room came with free breakfast, good quality and a wide variety of breakfast food to choose from. Overall pretty good and comfy stay :) Would recommend

Recommended if you want to be near the train station. Big & clean room. Front desk to housekeeping did an excellent job. Near Chinese restaurants which suit us well.

Perfect stop for Venice
This hotel has everything you could want. 2 mins to train station for Venice. Never heard a sound in our bedroom at night. Breakfast superb Reception staff were so helpful

Hotel is one-minute walk from the train station. It is clean and convenient. Its breakfast was good. Specially enjoyed the food at "Ristorante Cinese Delizie" nearby.

Very enjoyable stay in Mestre. Nice room & large bed. Very convenient to take the train to Venice. A bit of calm away from the tourist crush in Venice. We've stayed here before and decided to return. Nice reception. Can leave bags after check-out. The VIP perk was nice.

Excellent Stay
Excellent stay. Room was large, very modern and clean. Location is excellent right in front of the train station across the street. Staff were excellent providing everything you needed including sparkling wine. We stayed there for 2 different nights and they still remembered us. Will definitely stay there again.

Clean tidy and helpful. Didn’t use any facilities or explore local area. But location is excellent for transport with both train and bus station just across the road. Perfect for visiting Venice and then onward travel.

Martina was very helpful, she made the check in process quick and hassle free. The rooms are very nice, however I can’t say the same about the mattresses, they were extremely firm! Our friends had room with us as well, and mattress being uncomfortable came up when we talked about the hotel. This is the reason i gave 4 stars. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

False advertisement: The hotel does not offer airport shuttle service. They can arrange private driver for you, however they failed to get me a ride for 8pm arrival because “no drivers available”. The only reason I chose this hotel was for their “shuttle service” which they don’t have. Travelers beware. My room was never cleaned during my stay — no bed making and no fresh towels. The cleaning lady was nice and sympathetic the next day— she mistakenly thought we wanted privacy. That’s fine. The front desk however was not — no sympathies whatsoever — basically “you screwed up” and reluctantly got me fresh towels.
