"The property had a beautiful country setting. It reminded me of an old farmhouse. The outside entertainment area was great. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the mosquitoes. The property owner supplied us with citronella candles but the bugs won! There isn’t any air conditioning including the bedrooms. It was quite war despite the ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the bugs. It was a nice retreat after being in the busy city of Bologna."

"We couldn't have been happier with this booking. Sylvia was an amazing host who gave us wonderful tips on parking in Bologna and the house was more amazing than the pictures. The scenic views and peacefulness of the house are something that needs to be seen and experienced in person. We had the best time and were sad to leave. "We were looking for a way to unwind after experiencing the cities of Rome and Florence - this place was perfect. We were able to go into Bologna and enjoy all that the city has to offer and then relax poolside in the afternoon when it was hot. Pamela and Gabriel were wonderful - they had lots of great recommendations and were very accommodating. Great experience all around. One tip: This property is not near many restaurants, so plan accordingly. Our kids loved making pasta and flatbread...

"We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. We arrived one hour before breakfast was slated to end but 3/4 of the offerings were empty and not restocked through the completion of the breakfast time. The sad part was that we paid...
