"We had such a great time here. We were greeted with coffee and snacks and plenty of information about the town. The restaurant was closed but was offered to us which was great. we were also given suggestions to go eat at. the rooms were great, breakfast was very good. we even got to purchase some chirstmas ornaments. our host we also very friendly. "We very much enjoyed our stay here. The owners were kind and personable. The breakfast was very nice, the apartment was large and comfortable - we didn't realize that they offer apartments and air bnb rooms bec we would have opted for the latter rather than the apartment but it was very nice and had a futon if we needed to accommodate additional people. Kitchen with full size fridge, balcony, and nice bathroom. Would definitely recommend. "

"Sehr netter Vermieter. Hat sich um uns gekümmert und uns auch Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir hatten eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick in die Ferne. In 2 Minuten ist man im wirklich schönen Ort. Dort gibt es alles, was man braucht. Als Basketball-Spieler sollte man allerdings aufpassen, wenn man durch die Türen geht, da man sich den Kopf stoßen könnte. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt "Sotto la Porta Borea genossen. gab dort Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte."

"Smack bang in the middle of the old town, situated just in the pedestrianised area. Given the location, there is no parking, but we had no problems finding free parking within a 3 minute walk. (I'd recommend a car so that you can visit outlying towns / villages/ mountains.) The hotel does a good continental breakfast between 7 and 10\. L'Aquila has plenty of options for bars, restaurants etc."
