"Malecón was across the street. All walkable distances. Rooms were very clean, one problem is no handicap rails in the showers and wet tiles very slippery, the only only issue. "

The place was clean and the check-in instructions were pretty clearHowever, there were no instructions once I got there as to what was expected of me as a guest in that apartment, for example I didn’t know where to take my garbage or where to put my recycling. I would’ve happily stripped the bed and thrown everything in the washing machine if I hadn’t known, that was what was expected, for exampleThe biggest disappointment was that the property is advertised as having an outside pool it does not, the property is advertised is having a dryer. It does not. The dryer wasn’t a big issue, but the pool was……sometimes you just don’t wanna lug all your stuff to the beach. But the location was great, I had a small maintenance issue when I first arrived, and the owner looked after it right away, This was my first verbal experience and overall it was a four star experience."

"Beautiful view, large spacious and very clean room. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was a beautiful, safe place to stay within walking distance from the beach. "

"The room was lovely and in a great location. It’s very new building and it does have an elevator even though on the description of the property it stated no elevator. The roof top pool was very nice but needs cushions for the patio furniture as it was very uncomfortable without them. And they need more lounge chairs available. The room needed some things like towels , pillows and bed sheets . We had to ask for them. Also no bath mats so the floor got very wet even from just opening the shower door. Over all it was lovely. They did provide lawn chairs and an umbrella and full size cooler for using at the beach, which came in handy. The roof top pool is great for viewing Mazatlán sunsets. Over all a nice condo right in the center of the Malecón."

"Everything was 100% clean and as advertised. The view is out of this world! Most of all, Nancy was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a most special stay. And if you have the opportunity to go on one of Nancy's excusrions on the boat or paddleboard, I highly recommend the experience! "
