Great location- except that I had a little bit trouble find it property. The evening check in clerk was so dull - I guess my husband and I expected more smiling and welcoming - did not happen. I was expecting hot breakfast as I was searching initially for it when I book it the room- but no hot breakfast.

- Please fix the upper door lock so it closes. - Lamp with no shade made using that lamp impossible, unless you like bright bulbs in your eyes. - Whose great idea was it to put metal base around the base of the bed, every time you rolled in bed it sounded like metal sheets be rattled. Stupid. But, Lobby associate was wonderful!!!

Very clean and friendly staff. A little dated property, but I think it’s the only option in this town. We had a great time in Casey itself, worth the trip, and this hotel was a good value option during our trip to Casey.

Pleasantly surprised at the accommodation. Clean and spacious rooms. The owners/staff were friendly and accommodating. I recommend this. The nearby small town is quaint with lots of BIG items to photograph

The overnight truck parking outside our window was a little noisy, but I always bring a sound machine to mask hotel noises anyway. There is no elevator, which was not a problem for us, but if you need one, book on the first floor.

We just needed a place to crash on a road trip. Just went to bed, got up and left. The place was great for that. Not luxurious at all but it was clean and seemed safe. There was a faint smell of smoke in the hall/room but it wasn't overpowering. I think maybe like in the past they allowed smoking in the rooms here. I'm pretty sensitive to smoke so I guess take that for what it's worth. If you are SUPER sensitive then maybe it might bother you but we were fine. Didn't even notice it except right when we walked in. Overall it was a decent place and for the price I'd say a very good value.

This property was excellent. A newer property. Very clean. Easy to get around. Good location except they should have better signage. Was hard for me to find the place as it had many driveways around the place. All in all it was a good stay. I would stay there again.

Room was clean, very basic (no coffee maker, no phone to call desk), did have microwave and mini fridge. Bed was comfortable but sheet had holes in it, towels were very soft though. Outdoor pool advertised but it was filled in with grass. No tables or chairs to just enjoy the nice outdoor patio by grass pool! Big area could have used patio furniture. We wanted a place to sit at night instead of our room but nothing available to do that. Breakfast basic, eggs were not good but waffles and danish were ok. We got coffee there instead of in our room. If you're looking for a basic reasonably priced place to sleep, I'd recommend. If you want a pool or an area to enjoy a coffee outside, I don't recommend.

Customer service was unparalleled! They went above and beyond to fix a reservation that was booked for incorrect dates. They provided some toiletries complimentary. In this heat wave, the AC worked and was almost too cold! The facilities are older. The customer service was top notch!
