The person at the reception was reallly kind and explain us everything even thou we arrive quite late around 11pm

Breakfast options were very limited. Only apples, no low fat or fat free milk. No high fiber options. Needed to ask for items they ran out of. They were helpful. Only on lamp on one side of the bed. Toilet paper like sandpaper.

Unfriendly staff at check in. Totally overpriced for a barely average hotel. And breakfast starts at 7, which is late for a ski resort area.

We stayed there three nights for a ski trip mini-vacation (Mt. Hood Meadows). This place is further away from My. Hood Meadows than I thought (about 20 minutes away). The road noise from the freeway kept us up the first night - but we were able to get around that the second and third nights by turning the fan on full blast. The Continental breakfast was great and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Everything was great here. See less check in and out. The Spa Room has a huge hot tub. One of the best continental breakfasts at a regular hotel.

Great spot to stay in when snowboarding! Great amenities. Easy check in. Breakfast was yummy. Also loved the hot tub spa! Clean facility. Highly recommend.

Seems like it has gone downhill since staying there prior to covid. Not the cleanest… dirty towels in the spa were there for 3 days, ants in the lobby area. Breakfast was late 2 of the 3 days and not the best… running out of items, sour milk…. Disappointed as we used to like staying here before but will be looking for other options if returning to ski in that area.

The staff was available when needed, but not very proactive. Towels for the spa ran out and had to ask for more. Utensils ran out for breakfast as well as food. Had to ask for items and retrieve ourselves broom and shovel to get our car unburied from the snow.

Awesome place to stay in Government Camp and enjoy the surrounding areas. Place was clean, super quiet and easy to find and park. Breakfast is included and is good. Staff was respectful and answered all the questions I had. Will definitely book this hotel again for my next trip to Mt Hood.

It is an excellent place to stay. Very close to Timerline Lodge and Trillium Lake. Easy access from US26. Room is clean and all facilities are functioning. Great breakfast and snack/drink supply for free.
