The stay was terrible. I was planning to stay for a week. But I had to leave. No towels available. When I asked for towels they brought a durty one. And no toilettes papers available. And they took city taxes twice from me.

The reviews saying this is a good hotel are phoney and the photos are staged. We reserved an imperial suite for 6 days and arrived at 10:30 pm at night. The desk clerk said that our room wasn’t ready and moved us to another room. The hallway was dark with dirt and trash. The room was about 12x12’ and filthy. The bathroom was filthy with a tub that looked like it had never been cleaned. There was 1 dirty towel. We went back to the desk and said we were leaving. The ads were just false advertising. Save your money and stay on elsewhere.

It's near the Tramway and very easy to commute. There are number of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel also serves a fixed menu buffet dinner. The time are very spacious but the do need renovations.

horrible customer service totally un human and un professional no towels no glass to drink no water, what kind of hotel does not have water ? room was disgusting we changes the room next day and there was no hot water and the shower tap was broken, note: we only stayed at the hotel at bed time all day we where outside.
