"The hotel room was spacious but basic. Everything was very automated eg check in- very little human interaction- you needed to scan QR codes to even get the tv working or find out anything about the hotels facilities. Buffet breakfast has a lot of variety but the quality of many of the food offerings was poor a lot of the hot food was only just warm. Overall not a bad hotel and value for money overall not bad. But not good either. I think there are catering to a specific type of customer so definitely not everyone’s cup of tea. The pictures online create an image of luxury but that’s not the reality. The hotel was in quite a down market area of the city"

"The breakfast offerings were all satisfactory. The hotel’s location is central and within walking distance to most places. We found the dimensions of the room to be a bit small given we were traveling with 3 suitcases so it was difficult to accommodate. The friendliness of Emilioand and Nihad in the front desk made it all worthwhile."
