The overall hotel was clean but our room wasn't cleaned at all for the first 4 days (in spite of us leaving the sign out) we then complained and they were on it. The suite was fitted with high-end furnishings and amenities and we felt so comfortable there. There is also a lovely pool and sauna nestled in the woods.
