Laundry Rooms On 2 Levels. 2 Story Dock With Covered Slip, Dock Furniture and a Slide! in Addition, We Have a Dedicated Driveway With Plenty of Parking. Free Internet and Long Distance.

The main Floor Features Stone Fireplace, Wood Flooring, Vaulted Ceilings, Granite Counter Tops, 2 Dishwashers, Double Wall Oven and 2 Large Stainless Refrigerators. for Dining, you’ll have 3, 8 Seat Dining Tables and a Large Island/bar That Seats 7. The Third Floor Features a Large Rec Room With Ping Pong Table As Well As a Tv Viewing/gaming/sitting Area Next to the Bar, Kitchenette With Refrigerator, Sink, Ice Machine and a Large 7’ Bar With Seating for 7. There Are 3 Bedrooms On This Level, 1 Being a Bunk Room (bed Plus a Set of Bunk Beds), 1 with a King and 1 with 2 twins. This Floor Also Has a Second Washer and Dryer Set. The Covered Deck On This Level Features a Lighted Hot Tub, Outdoor Speakers and Additional Seating. This is a Non Smoking Home. Minimum Age 30 Years for renter responsibility. ( Off season late fall/winter guests do not have access to private dock due to TVA water level restrictions)
Lakeside Estates is a gated community with a private boat launch. We have our own pool and walking trails. Overflow parking is also available. You are 10-15 minutes from LaFollette TN where you can stock up on supplies or make a quick run for any last minute needs. Take a day trip to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg which is an easy drive about an hour and a half away. There you can enjoy shopping, shows and many attractions. There are many golf courses in the area which makes a great weekend trip in fall or spring. Added bonus of the beauty of the mountains during any season.

Great family time
My family and I came for a post-Christmas gathering and a chance to be all together under one roof. There was plenty of room for all of us and space to be with the whole crowd or move to a different part of the house when we needed some quiet! We especially loved that there were laundry facilities on two levels and two dishwashers in the main kitchen. With all the hills, we definitely didn't have to worry about missing leg day, just climb that driveway three or four times. The hosts checked in throughout the stay and even left a little care package which came in handy for someone who forgot their bath gel (plus, who doesn't like Chex mix). If you haven't been to this area before, know that arriving in daylight would be a good idea with all the winding roads. Overall a great experience!

Wonderful Place!!!
We got all of our family together and spent three days together celebrating Christmas. We had a wonderful time and had plenty of room in the kitchen for all the cooking we did. With it being winter we weren’t able to enjoy the lake but it would be amazing during the summer!!!

Family Reunion
House was great and the dock was fantastic. Two of us had boats and they fit well. Overall the house was awesome. We would definitely rent again. A few things to check on. The ice machine isn’t capable of producing enough ice for an entire family. We had 20 people and constantly had to run out and get ice. The counter top ice machine in the basement is moldy and need cleaning badly. We didn’t ice from that machine. The ice maker in the one refrigerator didn’t work. Also the steps down to the fire pit could use some lights. A couple members of our family stumbled their way down and most of them were sober at the time lol. Those things are minor and the trip, location, and host were awesome.
