I checked in and immediately checked out. The manager said he was going to give me a refund. There was no water on due to a leak apparently? A half inch gap around the entire door. Absolute disgusting room. Yellow stained sheets. Wouldnt let a dog sleep in the bed. Should be condemned.

A employee tried to force me to change my room because she stated that I am a good guest but my dog is a problem because she can't sleep and gave me a hour to leave. Crazy thing I had been there over 2 weeks so youd think if it was a accurate statement it would have been addressed within the first few days not weeks

Horrible!! This place was sooooo nasty. Dirty towels in the bathroom, bed sheets had not been changed and there was dirt and hair all over them. I went and asked for new dheets so I could change them but they said they did not have any and it would be morning before they had some. We left and did not stay here.

The lobby was permanently closed and you had to use the "Night check in" window. I checked in a 5:00pm. The Night check in was a bank teller window. The employee that check me in said hey and read sign during the entire check in process. She did bother to tell me my room number or where it was. After driving around the complex I found my room. I went up stairs to inspect my room and found it was not very clean and had an odd smell. As I went to leave the room to go get the rest of my luggage I noticed the door lock area was splintered and the privacy latch was mostly pulled out of the door. So clearly the door had been kicked in at some point. I then decided I was not going to stay in this room for my on safety. My friends were staying in the Days inn 3 minutes away. I slept on the floor of their hotel room as it was both clearer and safer then that Red Roof Inn. This is the first time I have ever wrote a review on a MOTEL before as I have never felt so unsafe/ unwelcome by staff. This MOTEL is 5 Minutes for the Braves stadium and do NOT stay here.

I would not recommend this to my enemy
This place is horrible, we did not stay and want our money back. 1, there was urine on the toilet seat on arrival, there was feces all love the grounds, some looked human. The sheets were dirty, the cover had burn marks on it. There were people sitting out side a room smoking weed.

Not only was the hotel staff unfriendly, the hotel was absolutely disgusting. When we entered the room, there was a smell, but we did not think too much of it as some hotels just smell different. However, I began to look around the room and the bed skirt was covered in MOLD. We went to the front desk and they was no apology regarding the mold, but they did put us in a new room. When we got to the room on the second night, both keys were shut off. When I went to the desk for the keys, there was no one at the desk. When someone finally showed up, there again was no apology. They need to learn how to clean and have better customer service.

Front desk was EXTREMELY SLOW Had my reservation under my nickname instead of legal name which I have on my credit card and debit card....front desk told me she would not give me my room even when I showed her my confirmation email on my phone "how do I know that's you?" Like what the....? I'm showing you my phone email confirmation, but she wanted a confirmation number which was all asterisks besides a few numbers, so when I showed her my debit and credit card with the same name as what paid for the room then she finally gave it to me but then said "I'm only helping this once" as if she was doing me a favor?? Oh...and then my keycard didn't work the next day, went back to her and told her, when she asked the room number it's like she remembered me from the day before and caught an attitude...no "I'm sorry for the inconvenience/have a nice day" nothing....just looked at me and gave me the new cards....she was a jack***, then the property has a massive aroma of marijuana, people being loud out in the parking lot right outside your door late at night, it was just extremely ghetto

I was allowed to book then when I got to the hotel, they said they cannot accommodate me because all the rooms were sold out and they would not give me a refund. I had to sleep in my vehicle.

The person who checked me in was extremely rude and simply stared at me waiting for me to guess what she wanted and when i was incorrect she was so snotty. The shower had no pressure at all the water just falls out of the shower head. The stairs at the end of the building were a bit scary and looked unsafe. There was garbage and cigarette butts on the railing and bags of trash on the grass by where you park and random litter all over the parking lot. The a/c was inadequate and the room never reached a temperature i desired though it did work and wasnt horrible. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but it wasn’t cleaned during my stay and therefore I didn’t have clean towels for my second morning there, i chose not to go ask for them due to how i was treated during check in. Its a cheap bed to sleep in at best and I wont visit another Red Roof Inn

Completely run down. The room smelled heavily of smoke, there were red stains all over the sheets, the bed was broken and there were ashes all over the bathroom. We checked out immediately after checking in and ended up staying at the TRU hotel right around the corner. It was a complete waste of money as they don't offer any kind of refund. Do not stay here

The room wasn't the cleanest. The floors in the room were disgusting, the bathroom floor was soaked. I checked in around 3 pm and couldn't even get in the front office to check in, they made everyone go to a side door to speak to someone thru a small window. Thought they only did this late in the evening, but it was broad daylight.
