The room was clean and well equipped. Lots of dining options within a short distance. Couldnt get a ground floor room so had to use the stairs to the second floor. Breakfast was basic, but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very basic, which is to say, acceptable, but barely. Dusty surfaces but not dirty. Worn and weary bedding but not torn. Yet, rooms have approx 32 inch TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. All positive. But "breakfast" must be expressed in quotes, it is so insignificant. Better to say "bits" included.

It was affordable and clean. Easily accessible and so simple to make reservations. I felt comfortable and safe. Associate at check-in was professional and informative. My only 'slight' complaint was since I didn't check-in until after 6pm, I couldn't change my method of payment.

This place had cigarette butts on the ground and dirty sheets. When the staff said there were only smoking rooms I asked if they were clean and he assured they were. The bathtub was disgusting wouldn’t let my kids bathe there. Would have left but it was late and we had been driving for 10 hours plus

Change the damn battery!
We just stopped over night, everything was fine until we came back from eating dinner and tried to open our door with the keycards. they worked but the door wouldn't physically open . Front desk guy tried to blame us by saying the keys were by our cell phones. He checked them and they were active. He seemed put out that he had to walk down to our room and figure out why our door won't open. He did have to jiggle the handle and lift it opposite way, then said " oh, battery must be dying". Well great, no apologies, and one of us had to stay in the room at all times. Beware of room 115

I was traveling with my pet and booked a room the afternoon of the night of my stay because I wasn’t sure of my progress. After booking on Expedia, I called the property to tell them I’d be a late check in and I have a pet. Clerk said he didn’t have any rooms available on first floor and I said that’s fine because I booked late. When I got there to check in, they had found a first floor room, but it was a handicap room and I said that was fine. I went in the room and main area looked fine, except had an open area under the bed my pup kept looking at, so I looked under and there was a dusty plastic bottle under the bed. It had been cleaned, but bottle left and a dusty tile was flipped up underneath. Then I went into the bathroom and had mold/mildew around outside tub and ceiling and wall was torn up where they had appeared to have fixed a leak. It was late, around 9:30, so I didn’t ask to change rooms. Turned heater on and fan was loud. Unfortunately, fan and heat were on the same switch. I woke up with a stopped up head the next morning. I stayed at 4 different budget motels along my trip to visit family. Unfortunately, this was the worst. I won’t be staying at another Red Roof due to the room condition, but I do appreciate the clerk’s intentions to accommodate my needs.

Nice area! Feel the bathroom need proper deep cleaning (didn’t use shower felt it was too dirty) and our room had sink issue so pipe was leaking water when we used it. Reported to front desk so problem could be fixed. Checked out earlier to get back on the road. Safe for night not vacation!

Fridge had somebody's snack and coke still inside. Fridge is very noisy and does NOT turn off, thermostat is not working. Our stuff was frozen in the morning. There was not real breakfast, just coffee and bagged cookies and banana for takeout. Bathtub needs some refreshment, it is visible too old, looks like it cannot be cleaned.
