According to hotel policies, our guests must inform their companion if they do not come together. In this case, their reservation was registered as one person, so upon entry their companion applied the additional charge.

For us, the comments of our guests are important, that’s why as a result of your review we performed an investigation to know what happened exactly. Through the results of interviewing our colleague on duty the day of the event and with the support of our security cameras, it was observed that one of our guests was drunk and lost, which caused him to try to get into three thinking it was his own room. The bellboy who was on duty assisted the guest who at that moment was in front of your room and drive him to the guest’s room. The video from the security cameras does not show our colleague trying to get into your room.On the other hand, what happened with the additional charge for the cappuccino already canceled by you, this was due to a failure in the billing process, so improvement actions were established, so situations like this will not be repeated, and it does not affect the experience of our guests.
