Hotel.com is the worst ever!!!!

It was the worst experience ever!! I didn't even stay at the hotel. I didn't feel safe, the neighborhood was horrible. Then you guys hotel.com wouldn't refund my money back!!! Or give me a new hotel. You have lost my business forever!!!

Paid for King room got one queen

Paid for a king room and got a queen bed instead. The toilet wouldn't flush. Had to flush multiple times to get it. There was no remote control for the tv. Horrible experience.

It was awful. Two used Washcloths were left draped over the shower rod. The shower fixtures were falling off when I tried to turn it on. The TV was not up to par either. That hotel should be a $35 a night hotel only

They try to kick me out of the hotel

They try to kick me out of the hotel in the middle of the night because the payment was not going through. This was a prepaid reservation and they were making a mistake trying to run the payment for the wrong amount. I requested to speak with the hotel owner and he didn't wanted to speak with me and they were just asking me for a credit card. They don't care about their guests, just their money.
