"I had the smallest room which was great for me. Shower was great too. Nice to have frig & microwave in room but I want an in room coffeemaker; might bring one from home next time. Everything was very clean! Breakfast room/lobby had crazy, ecclectric decor and the one day I had breakfast, it was nice as well. Some broken window screens is only thing I saw needing repair. "

"My daughters and I had the best getaway at Sandyland Studio for Spring Break! Michael made us feel so welcome with a hand written personalized note, which was so thoughtful! Pictures don’t do justice of how lovely and aesthetically pleasing this studio really is, gave all the beach vibes with it’s Carpinteria decor throughout the home. So clean and cozy! The location is just perfect and safe with kids, with just a few minutes walking distance to the beach, park and food locations. Michael’s local food recommendations was super helpful, we tried the brewery and The worker bee cafe-soo good! We were also able to take advantage of the community (heated) pool-the kids really enjoyed it! Sadly, our trip was not long enough! We tried to stay another night but because it was a busy time(Spring Break) it was not available but we are hoping to come back to Sandyland Studio this summer for more adventures! Next time we’ll take advantage of the fully loaded beach cart-soo convenient!"
