We are conveniently located south of Santa Barbara. Rincon Point is one of the most famous surf breaks on the California coast—steps to the sand. Gas Barbeque, and everything you need to create excellent, memorable meals. Our home offers all the comforts imaginable with a resort-like feel. We had family and friends from Virginia, Florida, Texas, California, Germany and Australia coming to my wedding. After a disaster at another rental, we were left without a place to go and Katie was welcoming and kind. Filled with beautiful artwork, the house was perfect for our group. Fabulous kitchen, cathedral ceilings, cozy bedrooms, plus the fire pit and hot tub…there was plenty of space to be together - or alone.
