Large, comfortable apartment with separate master and single bedrooms. Nice bedding and towels. The bathroom even had a washing machine! Everyone loved the Ferrari theme and the fact that most of the other guests seemed to be Ferrari employees. The kitchen was not well equipped however - 2 pans, no butter knives. The on-site Paddock Club restaurant is really nice and not overpriced. The advertised VIP benefit was free self-parking, but in fact parking was free for everyone. It was unclear from the hotel website which rooms / reservations had breakfast included or not.

Ferrari experience was completed at our stay. Loved the decor. Staff was great. Breakfast super, again with staff attention making it exceptional. Only missing thing was no tissues in the room. Seems to be an Italy thing. Definitely would recommend.

The premises are good, but when I tried to get the fitness center/gym the said it was not available for the guests, but only for the Ferrari club members. I was surprised because among the amenities listed online the gym was there. Overall the staff and facilities were not bad.

Very cool place with the Ferrari theme. More than half the price of any hotel I stayed at on my entire trip, twice as nice, and 3 times cooler. Attached self-service pizza restaurant was not open (which I was looking forward to)

This was an awesome property in terms of cleanliness and space. The breakfast was delicious albeit a bit expensive at €12 per person, and you are kind of tied to it since the hotel is.out of the way. You kind of need a car if you stay here - there isn't much happening near the hotel. The buses are a 10 minute walk away and far and few between. We used the hotel's taxi service which was friendly, convenient and reliable but very expensive (double the price of the city taxi that we used).

Property is a very good base for spending a few days, in & around ‘motor valley, Italia’. 2 adults & one 16 yr old daughter. apartment was very spacious: 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single); separate bathroom (with washing machine & dryer) kitchenette area which also had 2 single sofa beds. Would have happily stayed there, multiple nights & used the Hotel, as a ‘base of operations’; to explore the surrounding area: had we appreciated how good it was! Liked the themed buildings: Le Mans, Monza, Daytona & Suzuka (we stayed in Suzuka 05). Lots of quality prints, on corridors & in rooms (courtesy of the Ferrari Museum) & as well as the racing photos: saw classic prints with Peter Sellers, Kirk Douglas & Sammy Davis Jnr. Google Maps said, it was around a 46 minute walk, to the Ferrari Museum! We easily managed it in about 30 minutes (even the return walk, which is slightly uphill). Had an excellent meal at the Paddock Restaurant (make a reservation, if you want to eat indoors) & standard of meal, was much better, than anticipated and cooked perfectly (lamb was pink & steak was medium rare). This experience, was backed up with an excellent breakfast, with ample choices, for all… If we return to the area, we will definitely stay again! Only negative comment, sometimes our door didn’t shut properly & had to be double checked. However, any passers by, would still need key cards, to access the main building entrance.

Love this place. The rooms are high tech and the beds are comfortable. It is very clean and the staff were welcoming. It is around some industries so the place is quiet except for those noises in the morning. A few tech issues. Our door took several closures to get the latch to engage. Also the shower cartridge or the Hot water system kept going from very hot to very cold. Couldn’t get a balanced mix in the middle and took a whole for the boiler to turn the water hot.

If you are EVER in the area to visit the Ferrari Museum or the Factory Tour, I highly recommend the Maranello Village Hotel. It was a great experience for my family and our travel group. We were pleased with the cleanliness, spaciousness of the rooms, and the overall concern of the staff. Breakfast was excellent, they even had a Bunn coffee maker with real American coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

Staying at the Hotel Maranello is a dream come true for visitors to the Ferrari museum. The theme is carried out very tastefully throughout the grounds and guest rooms. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds, a full kitchen, and even a washer. It was quiet, with no noise from other rooms or outside. The shower was also fantastic. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. I highly recommend the Hotel Maranello.

The hotel was contacted around these concerns and did nothing but make excuses. What is very sad is we were at your hotel during the Miami race and could not watch it in the bar or our hotel room! We had to watch it on a small phone. Ridiculous for a Ferrari themed hotel! Horrible 4 nights and incredibly poor service except breakfast team. We will never be back or recommend. You aren’t even close to representing the Ferrari brand and what it means to be a Ferrarista! No air conditioning after telling your staff it was over 80 degrees in our hotel and all they said was “there is nothing we can do!” As a Ferrari owner, we felt like we were in a very poor man’s apartment. When asked if we could use the gym when we checked and we were told it was only for employees? What hotel does that? I didn’t not even sure the Paddock Restaurant ever opened or your self service. We never were able to visit either. Also, when we checked out, your front desk tried to charge us again for breakfast, because you have very poor recordkeeping. We have many friends in the US that would love to come stay in Maranello, but we will definitely share this horrible experience with anybody we can contact.

Dear Ellen, we are really sorry if our service did not meet your expectations. It is true that our restaurants have some closing days but they are reported online. As for the gym, it is really reserved only to Ferrari employees (this service is nowhere advertised). Air conditioning is not switched on in spring (while weather is still quite cool). Our staff is appreciated for being friendly and welcoming, however we will treasure your review to improve our service.
