"While the staff is very pleasant and the property clean, there is almost no internet speed, the area around the hotel is made up of apartment and thus noisy late at night with kids shouting. There is only 1 small restaurant at walking distance. You need car to get to beach and the pics from hotel misleading. i would recommend hotel for 1 to 2 day max, not 15 like we book and we left 2 days in our stay but hotel refused the refund (as per policy)"

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "

"Oui, très belle chambre. L'équipe était un peu débordée avec la préparation du réveillon. Un client arrivé après nous a été servi et eu leur chambre avant nous. Je l'ai fait remarquer au responsable qui était désolé. Très sympa quand il nous a offert le pdj. Très bon hôtel seul inconvénient ce sont les places de parking. Il faut se garer un peu plus loin mais ça va. Très belle expérience et nous avons déjeuné sur place, cuisine excellente ! Bravo à L'équipe."

"This hotel is cozy and makes you feel like you are home. As a solo traveller I really enjoyed the feeling this hotel gives you. It is in a great location, quiet to sleep, lovely pool, good breakfast, clean room and very friendly staff. Just up the road is a grocery store and other restaurants are close by. I am English so I found all the French signs rather confusing. I didn’t understand the menu but that is maybe more my fault as this is in a French country. Only one English Channel on the TV. The room was on the small side but I wasn’t in it much and you want to sit in the common areas as they are so inviting. I couldn’t open my large suitcase on the floor but as I was on my own I made it work. I was able to borrow a kettle as the room didn’t have one. No fridge in the room. Bed was very comfortable. I would certainly stay here again and I really loved my entire experience of this hotel."

"Mon épouse et moi avons passé un moment des plus agréables dans cet hôtel très bien pensé carrément pied dans l'eau devant la plage de la saline, avec un très beau cadre, une piscine vraiment chouette. Nous avions une chambre vraiment spacieuse et très propre. The rooms were super clean, we didn’t see a single bug (which we were expecting). Had a gecko in the room who lived behind our tv who may have managed the bug situation. "My stay was marvellous. I added my boyfriend to the stay but he couldn’t make it due to documentation and I had completely forgot about it, upon arrival the room was decorated with rose petals and a fruit hamper style plate which I LOVED. I really appreciated the touch even though my boyfriend couldn’t make it, this helped put a smile on what was a disastrous day. All the ladies at reception well kind, helpful and accommodating. I can not wait to visit again and this time for longer. "
