This spacious three-bedroom, two-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and offers the perfect setup for a relaxing family getaway. The primary bedroom and living room both open directly to a large oceanfront deck—ideal for enjoying morning coffee, al fresco dining, or simply soaking up the breathtaking coastal views. The primary and second bedrooms each feature cozy Queen beds, the third bedroom includes two Twin beds, and there's a convenient sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. Guests will enjoy easy access to the beach via a private walkover, as well as the refreshing street-side pool—perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. The Sands V complex is centrally located between Carolina and Kure Beaches, placing you just moments away from all the best that Pleasure Island has to offer. Not having a king size bed and no closet available for the master bedroom on the ocean was a bit disappointing. The view was spectacular. The tubs were stained and there was a pan and bowl soaking from the previous stay sitting on the counter when we arrived. We did live the option of having 3 bedrooms and the top floor was lovely. We didn’t have internet the entire last day but understood the mix up with the owner and the company. I would live to stay her again but sadly the queen master was just too small for my husband and I. Also it took the dryer 3 cycles to dry one load, I had to spend a lot of time on laundry. The master bedroom size was big enough for me to put my baby’s pack and play by the side of the bed. However, the kitchen utensils and dishes were dirty. We tried to use the dish washer to wash the dishes and it didn’t clean it well. The pots and pans were old and had peeled coatings in there. The bath tubs and faucets are dated and could do with sone updates as well. There was broken furniture leaning against the wall on the deck that my kids could have fallen off on if we had not seen it. The deck carpet whilst I understand is hard to keep totally clean does not seemed to have been cleaned up in a while and my infant kept picking stuff off it and putting into her mouth. The rug in the living room has a loose strand that kept tripping my 1 year old. I called the management company to let them know of the uncleanliness and they said someone would sent over to clean but no one showed up during the 5 days we were there, the flooring and kitchen cabinets are updated, the beds are also ok and worked well for my family. We love that there was a pool that we saw being cleaned as our kids used the pool alot. In the last condo we stayed in there was an accident in the pool and when we reported it to the management company we never saw anyone come to clean it. Place could use updates in bathrooms and kitchen but overall nice place to stay. Some communication issues between owner and realtor (owner didn’t know about booking and left items in the kitchen that made it appear unkempt but was quickly resolved). ##### Amber M. We did have an issue with parking as we ended up needing to take 2 vehicles for this trip. I understand completely that there is only 1 vehicle per unit allowed - even though the property was clearly not at capacity the week we stayed - however, when I called for a possible solution the rental company was "0" help and more or less told me - it was my problem to figure out. We had never stayed in this area before and had no clue what to do and they were very quick to offer NO help whatsoever. We figured it out but having at least a kind voice to help out when you first arrive at a new vacation spot - would have gone a LONG way! ##### Carol N. The washer had broke so there was no longer a washer. Not enough towels to cover the week since we couldnt wash them. Had to park our second vehicle 1 mile away. Bullard realty is supposed to be overflow parking. Didnt get through to them until Wednesday. I like the location but will not stay in this unit again. ##### Carol B. The property is very clean and the view is perfect. The beach in front of the property is large and there are no signs of beach erosion.
