The holiday home is situated within easy reach of the Lake District, Kendal, Lancaster, and ingelton falls. There are 4 lakes on site with a verity of fish in them. There is also a swimming pool/ gym on site. The waters edge restaurant is open where you can have bar snacks on the outside decking area or full 3 course meals inside restaurant. Morcambe is a short drive away with beach fronts walks and entertainment along the prom. The holiday home has a flat screen tv with free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Netflix is also provided. There is also an Amazon alexa if you just want to chill out with your favourite music.

Beautifully presented, lots of little touches ( shower gel, shampoo,conditioner, etc., tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits for us all - grown-ups, grandson and our dog!) made our stay so much easier. Such a friendly, welcoming host too!

Great hosts and caravan has everything you need. Lots of thoughtful touches. Quiet site a short walk from the leisure facilities. Very close to the M6 junction so really handy.

Beautifully presented
This is a 2-bedroom caravan property and a perfect holiday home for families who wanted a break away from the busy city life. A very peaceful place and good for walkers too. It is at the centre of Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. A lot of activities to chose from with my kids who are of different age group. 17, 12 and 7. At first I was apprehensive because I do not know what to expect, but the property provided our basic needs. Every little detail has made us feel welcome when we arrived and removed all my worries. It has wifi and has Alexa too which is quite nice! The owners are very responsive to all our queries and even dropped by to say hello and made us felt very welcome. We brought our own board games and card games that entertained the kids at night after a day's activity. Would definitely visit again and would also recommend to our friends who would also like to visit the area.
