While large enough to comfortably sleep 12 people, it's also warm and inviting, and is a great place to come home to after a long day of skiing or hiking. MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25. Permit# STR22-4970 \*\*\*Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. \*\*\*\* The house shows a fireplace in the pictures. It is only for decoration purposes and not functioning. Garage is not advertised as a part of the house ! Please make sure that you are aware the garage is unusable. Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front deck/parking lot area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages. Our home is stocked with a 2 day Home Supply Starter Kit including: Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom Two rolls of paper towels, 4 laundry pods, 4 dishwasher pods, 1 new dish sponge, 1 small liquid dish soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand soap, 2 Kitchen Garbage Bags. Another bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin with a pullout trundle. There's also another full bathroom for the kids! Downstairs there is another master bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath, plus another bedroom with a twin over a full bunk bed and a twin bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with a bath tub for the kids down there as well! The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts you'd want during your stay, including all of the brand new, stainless steel appliances. The dining area has a gorgeous large wooden table with seating for 10 people. There are decks on each levels of the house. The upper deck offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. This house has only two (2) cars parking available on driveway. The driveway is at an incline so we recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle in the winter season. He brought his snowboarding buddies along and the proximity to Northstar was great. My daughter and I made use of TART connect and were able to get to town during the snowstorm and Christmas shop and have an amazing lunch at Fat Cat Bar and Grill. The driveway was no joke in the snow, if you don’t have 4 wheel drive and it’s winter be aware. Also, bring along towels specifically for the hot tub. The home owner supplied exactly 12 towels for our 12 guests and the teens struggled to have something to use. Thankfully having a washer and dryer solved the problem. The homes view of the lake is stunning!! I could have stayed at the window all weekend. This rental is one for the books for sure! We hope to be back!! ##### Revee S. This property and it's caretakers were absolutely fantastic for our trip to Carnelian Bay in late August. The space was totally able to accommodate a party of 11, and everyone absolutely enjoyed the space. The morning views of the lake in the sun from the balcony were fantastic, and the space was relatively close to many fun spots to explore! The local town was only about a 5-10 minute drive away, so it was perfectly convenient to get to. There were also several hikes about 10-20 minutes away from the property that were very accessible and gorgeous to wander through. Regarding the space itself, the multiple clean bathrooms in this home were a must for a party as large as ours. The kitchen/living room area all had ample seating, and we were all able to spread out comfortably to either watch movies or play games in the evening. A huge perk as well is that all the amenities were modernized and intuitive, so it was a breeze to get the home exactly how we wanted it to be. This spot is a perfect home base for a larger party to stay at during the summer, and I would absolutely try my hand at staying here again in the winter to experience it in that way. ##### Avik D.
