Excellent stay. Hotel is clean. Reception is helpful. Breakfast is delicious! Only two issues breakfast was never on time during our stay if you are an early morning person. Would have loved a night stand next to the bed. Will return to stay at this location in future.

My booking was for two twin beds. Upon arriving I was told they didn't have any rooms available. I booked using Expedia and was told it's Expedia error. When i keep pushing the issue they noticed it was there error.No apology at all ,I was told by the front desk to "sue Expedia ".Take responsibility!!

Goid balance of price and experience. Improvements in a few areas needed. Pool was not cleaned regularly, room curtains obstructs door closing. Design of washroom door eliminates privacy. Plugs sockets were loose, night stand needed re enforcement, television did not have easy access to entertainment. Closets were dark. Compliments to the breakfast chef and staff. Reception was pleasant. Points for offering shuttle service to airport as wellbas 1 hour late check out. Garden ambiance was noteworthy as well.

Staff is excellent, the space as in outside of the rooms is great but the rooms itself need a lot of work. Literally all of the drains were terribly clogged and water took forever to go down. I literally had to try to unclog the drain in the shower myself so the water wouldn’t overflow. The breakfast was great and there’s a restaurant right on the compound with great vibes at night.

Over we had an amazing stay they. My sister and I were lucky to get a room at the last min and they accommodated us beautifully. It's a short walk to the beach and activities. The bar tender definitely made the drinks with love and overall it was clean and just an excellent stay. We will definitely be back!

Good parking with friendly staff. The pond rooms are very dark even with the windows opened, but they are cozy. It's not bad for the cost and comes with breakfast as well.

Breakfast was suppose to start at 7.00 am. This is my second stay and at 7.20 there was still no breakfast. The noise at night at the pool is unbearable for those staying at the Cabannas. The noise last night did not end until after midnight.

Good service . Place was clean and well kept. Food and drinks was excellent. The depth of the pool should be better advertised via signage on entering the pool. Not too keen on the “blinds “ on the entrance door to the room. I will stay again however .

Although they claimed breakfast was served from 7am to 11am, tea or coffee was not available until 7.10 or thereabouts. There was no facility for making tea or coffee in the rooms. The TV didn't allow us to watch the Trinity channel or even the CPL T20 cricket matches.

This property was such a great surprise. We loved the cabins and the property as a whole. My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed posting up at the restaurant and watching the kids enjoying themselves. The staff was wonderful and the food/drinks were great. Will be returning to Shephard's Inn on our next trip, no doubts.

There should be a low bench along the wall to rest things also a light is needed in the area where the refrigerator is located in the closet. The bed needs a mattress covering also there was small ants trail along the bed area and bathroom sink.

An excellent stay. A beautiful landscaped property, with friendly and helpful staff. A varied rotation of breakfast items would be welcomed, however there is a good choice. A convenient 10 minute walk to Store Bay beach and Crown Point area.
