Located 500m from the main beach and Légenèse beach, this lovely 2-room apartment (approx. 38m²) sleeps 4 and is situated in the Résidence Océania II (Building F, Ground Floor, Door 1):  
  
An entrance hall with storage, a living room (sofa bed for 2, duvet, TV), a fully equipped kitchenette (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave) opening onto a beautiful west-facing veranda, a bedroom (two 80cm beds that can be combined into one 160cm bed, duvet), a shower room, and a separate WC.

Pets allowed (supplement of €5/day)  
Electricity charges are extra except from May 30th to September 19th, 2026  
Optional: linen rental, baby equipment & Mini Wi-Fi Box
