This house was one of our favorites. Spacious, clean and close enough to town to walk home after a great day shopping. The kitchen had everything you could need. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. We would stay again ##### Electra D. Good proximity to all the events, fantastic walking neighborhood, and a nice walk to Ocean avenue restaurants and shops. Best of all, the view inside and out are great. Loved the location for walking to town or beach. Some of the kids rented bikes and rode everywhere. It was beautifully situated over the Carmel River with deer, ducks, and other water birds right outside the back doors. The sunsets were gorgeous, and we loved watching the waves crash against Carmel River Beach. We also loved being able to walk to the beaches and to Mission Ranch for dinner, and were able to get to town easily. We would definitely stay there again. The house is well appointed and everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were. We loved the view across the wetlands and saw lots of wildlife from the back patio - deer, birds, frogs. Communication with Steve was seamless as he responded quickly and answered all of our questions. A great stay! ##### Tara K. The house is very well appointed with everything we needed. The three bedrooms are all ensuite and all are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. We came with a group for the AT&T pro-am golf tournament and this was an absolutely perfect respite. Communication with Steven was always prompt and the views to the water from the back porch take your breath away. We were two couples and all fell in love with this house--very comfortable and well done. The view and location is amazing, Carmel River beach is 5 min walk away and then can walk along the entire shoreline of Carmel, everyday was more beautiful than the day before.
