Located in the heart of Carmel-By-The-Sea we are pleased to offer this newly rebuilt SPACIOUS, OPEN CONCEPT 2 BEDROOM vacation rental with 2 king bedrooms both with en-suite baths. Luxuriously designed with an open concept floor plan, featuring a chefs GRANITE KITCHEN WITH CENTER ISLAND, TILE FLOORS THROUGHOUT, GRANITE COUNTER VANITIES & WALK IN SHOWERS, FULL LAUNDRY FACILITIES and a location that allows you to walk to ALL Carmel restaurants, shops and the beach. We have carefully designed the interiors for the comfort of our guests. The building consists of two rental units. Both units are identical. Both living spaces are completely separate with their own entrances. The two bedroom units are just under 1300 square feet. Unit one is located on the ground floor and unit two is located on the second floor ( above unit one). Each unit has a separate listing on VRBO. This listing hosts UNIT 1 located on the ground floor of the building. Located in the heart of Carmel-By-The-Sea we still boast a rather private setting as the duplexes set far from the street and are surrounded by other quiet Inns. Property was a gem of a find and the perfect location to unwind post family wedding in Napa. We've stayed in Carmel several times over the years and loved the idea of being so close to Ocean in the heart of town. We were able to walk everywhere. The place itself was well appointed and very comfortable for two couples. Super responsive management team when one small issue arose (fire alarm).
